From the Desert to the Doorstep. It started with two cats — and became a calling.
Our Story of Hope

“When Bentley and Pluto came into our lives, they brought more than love.
They brought a mission that now spans continents.”
Two Cats from Kuwait Changed Everything
Several years ago, we adopted Bentley, a smoke Persian rescued from the streets of Kuwait. Then came Pluto — a fragile, charming soul whose rescue story captured our hearts from thousands of miles away.
We learned about Angels with Paw Prints, the group that had saved them, and began following their work. The more we saw, the more we knew: the cats of Kuwait were in crisis. With no protective laws and five cats abandoned every two hours, their chances were grim.
We began sponsoring rescues and serving as flight parents, bringing cats from Kuwait to the U.S. for safe, loving homes. But the need was overwhelming — and our hearts were all in.
From Passion to Purpose
When the time came to transition from our careers into a new chapter, we knew what that chapter had to be.
In 2024, we founded The Fur Seasons — a sanctuary designed to be a peaceful stop on the journey home. Inspired by the care and detail of The Four Seasons brand, we created a space where cats could rest, heal, and be spoiled before meeting their forever families.
This wasn’t about numbers or speed. It was about healing without hurry.
Not Just a Rescue — A Sanctuary
Today, The Fur Seasons operates 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, staffed by people who know every guest’s quirks and needs. Cats roam free in curated spaces with soft bedding, climbing towers, hideaways, and even TVs with calming content.
Every new arrival (although completely vetted in Kuwait) receives:
Another complete veterinary workup and blood panel
Personalized care and enrichment
Time and patience to rebuild trust
We keep our rescue small and intentional so every cat is truly seen and cared for — until the right match comes along.
Why Kuwait?
A Crisis We Can’t Ignore
While cats everywhere need help, we focus much of our work on Kuwait because the crisis is urgent — and solvable with the right partnerships.
We currently focus our work one trusted group, Angels with Paw Prints, whose integrity, transparency, and love match our own.
Together, we move small, manageable groups of cats across the globe into the safety of our sanctuary.
We will continue to expand our global focus to help more cats via other groups but will do so slowly and selectively to ensure the most sustainable rescue model.
Be Part of Our Story
From Bentley and Pluto to the hundreds of cats still waiting, every life saved starts with someone who says yes.
