Maverick’s Story

Home at Last - March 8th, 2025

In March, we celebrated an especially joyful #caturday at The Fur Seasons—it was our very first adoption! That day, our brave and beloved Maverick officially checked out of his stay here to join his new forever family. We were over the moon for Mavvy and the loving future that awaited him. Though we missed his sweet, curious presence, it was an honor to host him and watch him blossom.

Once thoughtlessly abandoned on the streets in the scorching heat, Maverick was rescued by the incredible team at Angels With Pawprints Kuwait. From there, his life only continued to improve. Here’s a fond farewell from our Tom (with a cameo by Rolex) as Maverick headed off to his new chapter. We’re thrilled to share that this handsome guy has settled right in and is already making himself at home.

When We Met:

Maverick is a loveable cat that can’t get enough attention! He adores being showered with affection and will eagerly soak up all the pets you can give. This charming boy loves to be carried around, snuggling into your arms like a fluffy little backpack. Playtime is a must for Maverick, as he has a playful spirit and enjoys chasing after toys. His sweet and sociable nature makes him a delightful companion, ready to fill your home with joy and love!

Rescue Story

This super handsome and incredibly friendly boy was found abandoned on the street, searching for shelter from the scorching heat. We first met him outside the clinic while on our way to neuter one of our cats. Panting and desperate for a cool spot, he ran to us at the sound of a simple ‘pst-pst.’ As soon as we opened the car door, he jumped right in, ready for a new adventure and a safe ride home. Maverick clearly knew his days on the street were over! Although his paws were a bit sore and burned from the heat, he’s totally over that now. With his sweet personality and boundless affection, Maverick has quickly stolen our hearts, and we can’t wait for him to find his forever home!
